Delivery & Returns
Deliveries are made to the User's specified address and in the manner outlined in the order summary. Users must verify the content of the delivery and report any anomalies as soon as possible, using the contact information provided in this document or as described in the delivery note. If the parcel is visibly damaged, users may refuse to accept it.
Deliveries are made to the following countries or territories: the United Kingdom. Delivery times are specified on this website or during the checkout process. Products shall be delivered within thirty (30) days of purchase, unless otherwise specified on this website or agreed upon with the User.
The Owner cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the execution of the purchase order by the User, nor for any damages or delays after handover to the carrier if the latter is arranged by the User.
If the goods are not received or collected at the time within the deadline specified, the goods will be returned to the Owner, who will contact the User to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on the future course of action. Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second shall be at the User’s expense.
We want you to enjoy everything you purchase from us and hope you are delighted with your new Davaon tools, however, if something isn't quite right or you change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it. Our products are made from premium materials and were built to last. If your tool breaks of ordinary use within one year (12-months) from the date of your purchase, we'll replace it. Please note that this warranty excludes:
- General wear & tear of the product (such as blunt blades)
- Any depreciation or damage caused by ordinary wear, rusting or corrosion, lack of correct maintenance or operation, misuse, abuse or accidental damage
- Failure or damage caused as a result of parts being modified without the written approval of the supplier
